"A great coffee shop, with a wide selection of hot and cold drinks, and sweet and savoury snacks. Plenty of parking nearby as well. It's also dog friendly. But the best thing about the place is the ambience. The staff are incredible, second to none. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They take customer care to the next level, and they're all super friendly. I really can't fault the place."

"Toilets and the sitting area seemed to be kept clean and the barista's were very friendly. Hot chocolate was stunning and dare I say favoured over my own Whitards hot chocolate ... the toasties was abit disappointing though."

"We visit regularly. My brother needs help with some things and the staff there are so lovely and patient. Dogs allowed. USB ports and loads of plug sockets for lap tops and phones etc. Highly recommend you go here."

"The best chain coffee shop for sure. The staff here are exceptional and the reason I think the majority return. Coffee is nice but the staff are always attentive, friendly and extremely helpful."

"Wonderful and great staff and the warmest of welcomes you could ever wish for staff really make you feel at home in the cafe and the politness in communication is secound to none and remarkable and as I suffer with mental health they even went above and beyond to help me with tokens on my nero app many thanks"

"We come here regularly and the staff are always smiling and helpful. Honestly, this place is so good because of the people working here. Last weekend they were short staffed and extremely busy, yet still smiling and polite. I hope the owner recognises this and makes sure they get bonuses, because if it wasn’t for them, this place wouldn’t be half as good. The decor and furniture could do with some TLC or replacing in places, as they’re pretty worn."

"A nice cafe, with the usual food and drinks you would expect from a cafe Nero. Great service from the staff. I recommend the vegetarian sausage roll with a cappuccino."
